HOME INSPECTIONS

While home inspections are not considered mandatory by a lender, I encourage home buyers to have one before closing. 
 
Either a professional you know qualified to go through every inch of a house or a Home Inspector
 that I can refer you to, it's a good idea.  With so many homes on the market today in a "foreclosure" status, banks will not guarantee anything to a prospective buyer as it relates to the current condition or the history of the homes maintenance. 

Don't be in the dark, let the inspector work for you!
